My Approach
When you work with me, my focus is on you—your story, your pace, and your goals. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, respected, and supported, so I try to create that kind of space.
I use a mix of different approaches depending on what feels right for you, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These are just tools—but the real work is about helping you feel understood, building resilience, and supporting you in creating the changes you want in your life.
Whether you’re going through anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship struggles, or recovery, my role is to walk with you and remind you that you don’t have to go through it alone.
