Sharing your experiences in a safe, supportive setting can bring comfort, new perspectives, and the reminder that others truly understand what you’re going through. In group therapy, connection becomes a source of strength, helping you feel seen, validated, and encouraged as you grow.

Our sessions are designed to bring people together in meaningful ways, offering guidance, insight, and a sense of community. They’re held occasionally and scheduled based on the number of sign-ups we receive.
